Children's Yoga


Come one come all, come big, come small! In this little yoga class, your child will learn and gain an understand of the breath and movement through various postures and poses. Yoga will help your little one with flexibility as well as strengthen their little growing bodies. Your little one will also develop healthy and non-competitive group interaction as well as increase their ability to focus and concentrate at will.

My aim is to share with your little one the importance of:

  2. Imagination
  3. Self discipline and responsibility
  4. Leadership skills
  5. Teaches present moment awareness

6. Inhance concentration

All in a fun interactive method that caters to each of their individual energy level and different learning style.
